Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my Masters from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA and have been a Social Worker for 11 years. A majority of my career has been spent working in the medical field and mental health. I have experience working with clients from various backgrounds. I have experience working with clients with mood disorders, such as depression and bi-polar, to clients struggle with hallucinations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Having worked with various clients, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. While providing historical context to what they are struggling with. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
