Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside, while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head on the inside.

I’m a licensed psychologist who works with anxious, high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on edge internally. I bring a warm, culturally attuned approach to therapy and focus on helping you feel more grounded, more at ease, and more connected to yourself as you navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and thoughtful. I work integratively using CBT and ACT to support insight, emotional awareness, and practical understanding of the patterns that keep anxiety and stress going. We focus on building self-awareness, self-compassion, self-care and flexibility so change can happen in a way that feels supportive and lasting.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive presence and a space where we slow things down and get clear on what is been weighing on you. I will take time to understand what brought you to therapy, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping will feel different. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported, and to leave with a clearer sense of direction and practical tools or reflections you can practice outside of sessions to support lasting change.
