Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life’s challenges and changes. With over 10 years of experience as a social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most difficult moments, especially those impacted by cancer, illness, grief, and major life transitions. I’m committed to showing up with authenticity, care, and openness so you feel heard and respected. My goal is to create a safe, non‐judgmental space where you can explore your resilience and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, friendly, and supportive. I work from a trauma‐informed perspective, always centering safety and trust. I draw on strengths‐based, solutions‐focused, and systems approaches to help you build on resilience, find practical strategies, and understand the broader contexts shaping your life.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process, and our first session is about beginning that partnership. Together, we will:

  • Explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it
  • Identify some of your initial goals and priorities
  • Begin building a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood
  • Discuss how we might work together moving forward

My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify what feels most important right now. Your role is simply to show up as you are—there’s no “right” way to begin.
