Great to meet you!

Therapy can feel like an uncomfortable and scary experience. It can be difficult to openly share thoughts, feelings, and experiences with another person. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate hard situations and life changes.

I have over 10 years of experience as a social worker and have had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of their more challenging moments in life. I believe in creating a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment to support a therapeutic relationship.
