Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over nine years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I have worked extensively with teens navigating depression, anxiety, grief, peer pressure, bullying, body image concerns, anger, and self‐harm. I also provide compassionate support to adults, couples, and families facing life transitions, relationship strain, trauma, and patterns that impact mental health and well‐being. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration, with the goal of helping clients strengthen resilience and improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. My approach is client‐centered and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and cultural awareness. I support clients in understanding their emotions, strengthening relationships, and navigating life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Whether working with adolescents or adults, I focus on creating a non‐judgmental environment where clients can safely explore challenges and build meaningful change. As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I honor each client’s cultural background and integrate it into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they can share at their own pace. I focus on getting to know who they are, what brings them in, and what feels most important to address right now. My goal is to help clients feel understood rather than judged, and to begin building a collaborative relationship based on trust and respect. We will explore what they hope to gain from therapy and identify small, manageable steps toward those goals. Clients often leave the first session feeling more grounded and relieved to have a clear direction forward.
