Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Rosilynn! As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy. I specialize in guiding teens and adults who've weathered complex storms rediscover their inner strength and rewrite narratives that no longer serve them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Since earning my master's degree in Clinical Social Work, my clinical focus has centered on the intersections of early childhood mental health and complex trauma. This specialization has deepened my understanding of how attachment, relational, and generational trauma can shape our perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world around us.

What you can expect from our first session

I'm not your average therapist. I will show you my humaness and authentic self. I bring a blend of wit, humor, and deep compassion to our sessions. Earning your trust and cultivating a meaningful therapeutic relationship is a top priority for me. I use straightforward, relatable language as I believe mental health should be accessible and easy to understand. I recognize and respect the unique cultural identities and social contexts that shape your experiences.
