I provide a nonjudgmental, comfortable, safe space for sharing, exploring, healing and growth. I am a great listener but will also challenge you in positive ways to meet your goals for your own happiness. I will hold you accountable when needed if there are barriers to meeting your goals. I specialize in intimacy and sexual struggles. I also treat depression, anxiety, NPD survival support and complicated grief.

Initially it is important to assess if we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward, I'd love to hear about your experiences, strengths and struggles. Once I have a good understanding, we can develop a plan, and I will support you in your goals and through the healing process.
