Great to meet you!

I use compassion, curiosity, inspiration and humor to help my clients be their best selves and achieve success by working together through any struggles they may be facing. I use a strengths based and mindfulness approach to help my clients trust themselves and their emotions.

My approach to therapy

My work is collaborative, supportive and client centered. My aim is to help my clients find more meaning and purpose, pursue their joy and vitality, and achieve satisfaction and resiliency in their lives, relationships and careers.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to explore what brings you to therapy at this time. My approach is psychodynamic and relational which means that not only do we focus on present challenges but I also like to learn about your past and any experiences that may impact your thoughts, emotions and actions today. I strive to make the therapeutic space safe for reflection, understanding and growth.
