Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Rosolyn Harper, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over two decades of experience in the mental health field. I hold both a Master’s and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Southern California Seminary. My career has included roles as Program Manager, Clinical Administrator, Clinical Supervisor, and Director across a variety of organizations serving youth, families, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, family conflict, and major life transitions. In addition to being a certified Clinical Supervisor for Addiction Treatment, I am trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, ACT, Brainspotting, and Motivational Interviewing

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing on modalities such as EMDR for trauma, CBT and DBT for thought and behavior patterns, and Solution-Focused Therapy to build on strengths. I integrate a trauma-informed lens with self-compassion and motivational techniques, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is not only to help clients reduce distress, but also to support lasting growth and resilience

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that is non-judgmental, supportive, and oriented toward real progress. Together we will work to increase insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen relationships. Many clients leave sessions with practical tools to manage emotions, greater clarity about their goals and values, and a renewed sense of hope. My aim is to help clients build resilience, experience healing, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life
