Great to meet you!

My name is Ross Beattie, and I’m a therapist based in Wisconsin, I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University and have experience/training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on creating a supportive and collaborative environment for clients. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, and cycling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor my methods to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients process trauma, manage emotions, and build healthier thinking patterns. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change at their own pace. At the core of my work is a belief in the resilience of each person and the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave each session with practical tools that support meaningful improvements in their daily life, mental health, and overall functioning. Clients can expect to gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them feel more empowered and understood as they move toward their personal goals.
