Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have over 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges with anxiety disorder, mood disorders, trauma-related problems, and relationship issues. I hold a Ph.D. in counseling, which deepens my understanding of therapeutic approaches and allows me to support clients with compassion and expertise. My goal is to create a supportive environment where we’ll work on the things that truly matter to you, ensuring our sessions are productive and focused.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is collaborative and authentic. I believe in working side by side with clients, honoring their priorities and working on real issues that matters to them. While providing genuine empathy, I also incorporate gentle challenges to help clients break through barriers and reach their goals, fostering meaningful change and resilience.

What you can expect from me

  • I offer you a space where you can speak freely, and I’ll help you take action.
  • You set the pace, and I’ll help you take concrete steps forward, one session at a time.
  • We’ll identify patterns that have kept you stuck in the past and explore ways to avoid falling into those traps again.
  • Your time is valuable. We’ll focus on taking action and creating meaningful change.
