Do you have a child or are you an adolescents, adult, or family and have issues related to depression/anxiety, foster care/adoption, behavioral concerns, parenting, relationships/family issues, adjustment/transitions, trauma, spiritual issues or concerns, domestic violence, vocational counseling, co-dependency, guilt/ shame, woman issues, life purpose, relationship issues and multicultural problems? I have experience in counseling clients from diverse populations, and spiritual backgrounds.

With warmth and openness, I offer a listening ear, and a safe space to express/explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I am eager to assist my clients as they become more empowered and self-aware, living more open and less afraid, become a better communicator, to identify and utilize effective coping skills, improve self- esteem, and set boundaries.

My goal is to provide a safe environment for my clients to speak openly about life's stressors in a collaborative and safe environment. I am currently providing sessions via telehealth to those in New York and New Jersey.
