Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 20 years of professional experience. I’m especially well-suited to support adults who are navigating life transitions—whether it’s a shift in career, relationships, identity, or stage of life. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what’s next, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and realign. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, with a focus on fostering compassion, self-acceptance, and resilience. While eclectic in practice, I most frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based interventions tailored to each person's needs. In our work together, we’ll explore the roots of self-judgment, and begin to cultivate a more kind, understanding, and supportive inner voice. You’ll learn how to soothe your nervous system, hold difficult emotions with more balance, and build a more caring relationship with yourself—one rooted in understanding, rather than judgment.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, authentic, and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I bring warmth, compassion, and a practical mindset to the therapeutic process, helping clients navigate change with greater self-acceptance and resilience. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, my work is guided by deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whether we’re uncovering patterns, building on what’s already working, or finding clarity in the midst of transition, I meet clients where they are—with empathy, insight, and just the right dose of humor.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by talking about what brings you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll have space to share what feels most important, at your own pace, and I’ll ask questions to help us start understanding the challenges you’re facing and the goals you’d like to work toward. This is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and to ask any questions you have. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to begin making meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
