I have 15+ years of experience working with women and children in various settings. I have worked in various roles, including leadership. I specialize in Postpartum Mental Health and have an interest in trauma related disorders, grief and loss, OCD, and anxiety.
Clients come to me seeking a therapist who is passionate about supporting women during the perinatal and postpartum period and won’t make them feel guilty about not enjoying every aspect of motherhood. Sessions with me are a combination of talking and evidence-based techniques.
I hope clients take away some insight with each session and some clarity. I am also hopeful that most of the time clients have a plan on how to address the topic on their mind throughout the week after session.
