Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. After over a decade of work in community mental health in a manegerial role, I realized I wanted to be in direct care. In the beginning of 2015, I left my role with only a handful of clients. I am certified and specialize in maternal mental wellness and work primarily with women experiencing life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I offer empathy and compassion in my work while only challenging my clients whenever necessary. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to great work. I also have a special interest in working with life transitions (good ones too), grief and loss, trauma, and how ADHD impacts your mood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we have what’s called an intake, and that’s where I get to know your truth and your story. In subsequent sessions, we can explore what we need to work on together and identify if my style works for you.
