Great to meet you!

I am a First-Gen multilingual therapist supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I integrate play therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based therapy. I am BIPOC and LGBTQIA+-affirming. I have lived on five continents, served in the Peace Corps, and speaks French, Wolof, Spanish, and Fulani.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I work to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process. I draw from play therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring my work to each client’s developmental stage, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about current concerns, goals, and any relevant history at a comfortable pace, with no pressure to share everything at once. I also review how therapy works and answer any questions so we can begin building a collaborative plan that fits your needs.
