So, let’s start with a sound state of mind. Board certified by Texas Board of Nursing as a PMHNP-BC. Holds an MSN and Ph.D. in Nursing. Treatment focus: Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD(Non-Stimulant treatment only) & Alcohol detox follow-up.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I listen to you, then we talk and talk some more to understand your mental health concerns. I diagnose & prescribe evidence based medications. I follow-up response to medications. Accepting 18 years old and above for now.
