Great to meet you!

I am so glad that you are here. Whether you are navigating the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum life, parenting, or simply adjusting to a new chapter in your life... You don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals and families through life’s transitions—whether it's becoming a new parent, healing from past trauma, or coping with anxiety and depression. Together, we can create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) bicultural therapist and bring a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens to my work.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and family dynamics. I also work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and intergenerational trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

I would love to work with you and be a part of your healing journey.
