Great to meet you!

Life can feel like a lot, especially when you are carrying it on your own. Maybe you are facing a major transition, living with anxiety or depression, working through trauma, or struggling in your relationships. You do not need to have it all figured out to begin, and you do not have to do this alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. I work with adults and older adults, and I have a special interest in women's health, including the emotional changes that come with menopause. I offer culturally informed care in English and Spanish, and I take the time to understand the background, values, and family experiences that shape who you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is one of the most valuable relationships a person can have outside of family and close friends. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, and I tailor my work to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward practical steps that support the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy, what has been most difficult, and what you would like to feel different. You can expect me to listen with warmth and curiosity, and to create a space where you can talk openly about your experiences without feeling judged or rushed. From there, we will set goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling understood, supported, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
