Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a rich educational background, having earned my bachelor’s degree in the Study of Religion at UCLA and my master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and genuine, fostering a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I skillfully integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, while also embracing creativity by incorporating poetry, art, and my clients’ unique interests to tailor a truly personalized and inclusive therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave my sessions feeling deeply heard, empowered, and inspired to navigate their challenges with renewed clarity. They’ll gain practical tools from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to manage emotions, shift perspectives, and tackle problems with confidence. Through our creative explorations—whether poetry, art, or their personal passions—they’ll discover new ways to express themselves and connect with their inner strengths. Most importantly, they’ll carry forward a sense of safety and trust, knowing they have a compassionate partner in their journey toward healing and growth.
