I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Carlos Albizu University, which I earned in 2021. With over three years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, and life transitions.
