Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical support. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore emotional struggles, relationship dynamics, trauma, grief, anxiety, and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices with empathy and authenticity to help clients build healthier relationships, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and develop deeper self-awareness.

I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and understanding. My goal is to empower clients to move toward emotional wellness, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they are encouraged to share their concerns, experiences, and goals at their own pace. The initial session focuses on getting to know the client, understanding their background, current challenges, and what they hope to gain from therapy. We will also discuss confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and create a collaborative plan tailored to the client’s needs. My goal is to help clients feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin the healing journey together.
