Beginning or restarting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it is a courageous step toward your wellness. Whether you are facing difficult life changes, have a desire to address ongoing struggles, or need help getting "unstuck," I will provide support as we explore ways to alleviate your distress.
I specialize in substance abuse, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and life transitions. I have a preference toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I use an integrative approach to develop a treatment plan specific to your individual needs.
