Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University, where I specialized in marriage and family therapy.

I have been a licensed therapist since 2014, working in clinical and community settings. My experience includes providing case management and individual therapy to diverse populations.

My areas of expertise include grief, coping with the challenges of being a parent, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals develop coping skills, build resilience, and better understand themselves.

I work collaboratively with clients, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to their needs. We set clear goals together and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, nonjudgmental space, fostering growth and change within the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session
