Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, faith-related concerns, and women’s issues. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based strategies with individualized care to help clients develop practical tools, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create more fulfilling lives.

I am passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. I also facilitate groups focused on communication, self-care, and support for mothers experiencing anxiety. Because anxiety can often feel isolating, I believe that connecting with others who share similar experiences can foster a sense of belonging, reduce feelings of isolation, and support emotional well-being.

In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in working with couples using Gottman Method-informed strategies to improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where individuals and couples can gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and build stronger, more meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and focused on providing you with practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I incorporate a lot of psychoeducation to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, along with teaching coping skills to support you in navigating life’s challenges.

I also believe therapy should be a welcoming, comfortable space—not something scary or intimidating! I like to incorporate fun activities and interactive approaches to make the process engaging and approachable.

At the end of the day, therapy is for YOU! Your needs, goals, and preferences matter. If something isn’t working for you or there’s a particular approach you’d like to try, please let me know. We can work together to find what feels right for you and adjust our approach along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on discussing my approach to therapy and understanding what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. This will help me better understand your needs and determine how I can best support you on your journey. We will also review the necessary forms and go through some standard intake questions to help us get started.
