Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Roy Odhner. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-worth, or a crisis of meaning, you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve tried to “fake it ‘til you make it,” or pushed through on your own, but it’s not working, and deep down, you're longing for real change. I believe your life has value, and I’m here to help you reconnect with that truth and rediscover your authenticity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an integrative and holistic approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and inner narratives that may be shaping your life, and work to shift those toward healthier, more empowering perspectives.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space to share your story. We’ll begin identifying the patterns that are keeping you stuck and explore the goals you want to work toward. Most of all, you'll leave with a sense of clarity and hope, and a new lens through which to view yourself and your life.
