Great to meet you!

I'm Roz Hedayatian, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles. I work with adults who are navigating relational pain, anxiety, and life transitions. My clients tend to be self-aware, curious about themselves, and ready to go deeper than managing symptoms. If you've ever felt like you understand your patterns but can't seem to change them, that's exactly the kind of thing we'd explore together.

My approach to therapy

I'm genuinely interested in your story, not just your symptoms. What you're experiencing makes sense in the context of where you've been, and my job is to help you understand that context so we can get to the root of what's keeping you stuck. I don't believe in teaching people to cope with things that deserve to be dismantled. We go beneath the surface to understand the blueprint beneath your patterns, so real change becomes possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear what brought you here and what you're hoping to feel or understand differently. From there, we collaboratively set goals and build a roadmap for the work ahead, one that's specific to you and what you're carrying. Nothing is one-size-fits-all here.
