Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I completed PESI's Women's Mental Health Specialist Certificate, with advanced training in women's mental health. I specialize in supporting women through infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, motherhood, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with professionals navigating high-pressure careers, workplace stress and burnout, leadership demands, difficult workplace dynamics, career transitions, and work-life balance. My style is warm, empowering, and direct. I create a supportive space where you'll feel heard and understood while also being challenged to gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported while also being challenged to grow. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I’ll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and developing a personalized plan that fits your needs. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the path forward.
