Great to meet you!

I believe that every person is born with the capacity to live a full, meaningful, and joyful life. Through life's challenges, losses, relationships, and unexpected experiences, we can become disconnected from that sense of wholeness. My role is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, better understand your experiences, and move toward healing. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are already within each of us. Sometimes we simply need guidance, support, and new tools to access them. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and clarity while exploring patterns that may be creating pain or limiting their ability to thrive. Together, we focus on creating meaningful relationships with yourself and others, identifying your strengths and unique gifts, and cultivating skills that support resilience, personal growth, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and create lasting change that aligns with your values and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any questions you may have about the process. My focus is on getting to know you as a whole person, understanding what is most important to you, and beginning to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we'll identify a path forward that honors your unique experiences and supports your healing journey.
