Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an interest in supporting BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, and the challenge of balancing family expectations with their own needs. Many of my clients are first-generation professionals who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to succeed, care for others, and "hold it all together" while quietly struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or guilt.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally affirming. Together, we'll explore how your upbringing, relationships, and past experiences continue to influence your present while building practical skills to manage anxiety, strengthen boundaries, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. We'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected without sacrificing the relationships that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to be different in your life, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and we'll begin identifying meaningful goals at a pace that feels supportive and right for you.
