Great to meet you!

I bring 40 years of professional experience to my work. I support people navigating stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, and family conflict. My experience also includes concerns such as panic, social anxiety, body image, guilt and shame, loneliness, forgiveness, self-worth, and questions about life purpose. I believe each person deserves to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You do not have to face life’s challenges alone; I’m here to offer support as you work toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be shaped around you—not a one-size-fits-all plan. I’ll listen carefully to what you’re experiencing, learn what matters most to you, and tailor our conversations and treatment plan to your specific needs. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, family or relationship stress, or another concern, we can focus on steps that feel relevant to your life. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive place to talk through the challenges you’re facing and identify what you would like to change. We can discuss your concerns, clarify goals that feel meaningful to you, and develop next steps together. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on managing stress, navigating family conflict, strengthening communication, or finding healthier ways to cope with emotional distress. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and with a clearer sense of direction. Taking the first step can be difficult; you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.
