Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP); I specialize in helping depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. In addition to providing services in English, I offer psychotherapy and medication management for people who speak Creole and French. Having lived in South Florida for over 20 years, I have had the opportunity to care for people from around the world. I am committed to providing the best care for all my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strongly believe that every person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all treatment. As a certified professional, I provide both psychotherapy and medication treatment. Many individuals will benefit solely from psychotherapy, while others might also need medication to make progress in life. We will work together to determine the best solution for you.

What you can expect from our first session

When you book a session with me, you can expect to meet someone who will understand where you come from, work with you, and not judge you. From the first session, you can expect to feel empowered to confront your fears and begin the journey to improve your mental health.
