Hello, my name is Ruby.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been doing counseling for almost 5 years. I work best with clients who are experiencing emotional challenges such as Anxiety, Depression and Emotional regulation.
I focus on accepting the whole person with all of their challenges and help them change any negative thoughts that aren’t allowing them to feel happy. We focus on working through life challenges by expressing and exploring. We work through everything together.
Clients can expect to feel safe and understood right away. They will open up about things they maybe had not ever spoke on before and they will feel a sense of peace.
