Great to meet you!

I believe taking care of your mental and emotional health is an important part of living a healthy, meaningful life—and I know that reaching out for help can take courage. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring both professional training and years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through difficult seasons of life. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing, feel truly heard, and begin making meaningful changes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, grief, relationships, or simply feeling stuck, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and hope.

My approach to therapy

Because every client has a unique journey, the initial goal is to walk alongside you as you unravel your story. I work with clients to identify unhealthy patterns, understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

During our first session you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy. Together, we’ll talk about what's important and help identify your goals to create a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel safe, comfortable, and supported as you work through difficult or vulnerable topics. In the sessions that follow, we’ll work collaboratively to build insight, develop practical tools, and help you move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
