Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out, explain away your feelings, or pretend that you’re okay.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and moments when life simply feels overwhelming. My experience includes crisis intervention, suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and supporting people from diverse backgrounds through some of the most difficult and uncertain seasons of their lives.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I believe in meeting you where you are while also helping you understand the patterns, beliefs, experiences, and fears that may be keeping you from where you want to be. Together, we can explore not only what you are feeling, but where it comes from, how it has protected you, and whether it still serves the person you are becoming.

What you can expect from me

I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you. It is about creating a safe space to understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen your relationships, and make choices that are more aligned with the life you want to live.

Whether you are carrying something from your past, struggling with what is happening right now, or simply know that you are ready for something different, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin that process.
