Ruby D Counseling Services, LLC As your therapist it is my responsibility to identify the appropriate treatment options & preferences appropriate for each client in order to provide an environment that is safe, nonjudgmental, confidential, and supportive to the client's therapeutic needs. I offer treatment that is honest, supportive, and provides accountability. Hours by appointment. Evening and weekend appointments available.
My guiding principle in counseling is to identify the clients concerns and problems and develop a custom treatment plan to address the problems with clear, realistic objective with real interventions to meet treatment goals. Therapy techniques used CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, etc.
Primary population is teens and adults, group, I currently offer therapy on various issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar/ D/O, PTSD, Trauma issues, Alcohol and Substances disorders. Ruby currently is accepting various insurance. Ruby can accept cash and credit card payments as well.
