Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed with relationship or work issues? Are you struggling with addiction? At times, you may feel hopeless and lonely, but help is available. My role is to support you as you build the skills and confidence to manage these challenges independently. I am a licensed marriage & family therapist and I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression and substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which means I help clients understand how their thoughts and behaviors influence how they feel. We focus on building practical skills and mindset shifts that empower them to manage life’s challenges with more confidence and balance.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. I focus on understanding what brought the client to therapy, exploring their goals, and helping them feel comfortable with the process. It’s the start of building trust and collaboration.
