We cannot always choose the life circumstances we find ourselves in, but we do have a choice in how we move forward and make meaning from our situation. I believe within every person exists unique and important gifts, and the strength and courage to heal. When we give ourselves space to grow from within, we are increasing our capacity for others and choosing to strengthen our gifts for our families and communities.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington, California, Arizona, Massachusetts, South Carolina and Alabama. My lived experiences include growing up in a small town in a multi-cultural family, supporting loved ones through illness, navigating single parenthood and having a blended family. I love being outdoors, traveling, art, and trying new foods.

My approach is centered in creating trust and safety in a space that is non-judgmental and flexible to adjust to your needs and growth. I have worked as a travel social worker serving diverse communities across the nation and have experience supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health, grief and loss, major life changes, chronic illness, crisis, incarceration, and the child welfare system.

We will explore how your current reality, thought patterns, and internalized judgements are connected to your past lived experiences, environment, family, ancestry, and the social context in which we live. We will co-create the direction of our work together to best meet your goals, and I will offer guidance and tools as needed along the way.
