I have been a clinician for 18+ years and my current practice focuses on adult mental health (18 years and up). I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression and other mental health issues in young and older adults.

My style is warm and nurturing and I am comfortable being therapeutically challenging and empowering when it is in the best interest of a client's healing and growth. The populations I specialize in include Adults, Emerging Adults, Adults with Family of Origin Issues, Early Childhood Trauma, New Parents and Parent Mental Health through various stages of Parenting. I also have extensive experience in treating BIPOC clients, Immigrants, International students, and Second Gen clients.

My approach is collaborative and relational. I believe helping clients feel safe and 'seen' is the basic foundation of a therapy relationship. I help clients construct treatment plans based on their unique needs and issues. My approach focuses on helping clients learn about themselves, develop new skill sets and develop a deeper relationship with themselves.
