Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I deeply value creating a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. I believe that healing and growth happen when we feel seen, safe, and supported—and my goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate both challenges and change.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over five years of experience in private practice and telehealth settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and relationship issues. Before that, I worked in macro-level organizations, which enriched my understanding of how systems, culture, and context impact our mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach and often integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. But therapy is never one-size-fits-all—your voice and goals will guide our work together.

What you can expect from me

I want you to know that reaching out for help is an act of strength. Whether you're here to find clarity, peace, or just a place to be heard, I'm honored to support you on your journey.
