Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as stress, burnout, life transitions, and mood-related concerns. Many of the clients I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted — and my goal is to help them better understand their symptoms, build effective coping strategies, and find a treatment plan that supports long-term wellness. I believe seeking help takes real courage, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that journey. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants — activities that keep me grounded so I can bring my best self to every session.

My approach to therapy

I approach care in a way that is compassionate, collaborative, and supportive. My biggest priority is creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel truly comfortable being themselves — because I believe the best outcomes grow out of a trusting relationship. I listen carefully, meet people where they are, and encourage them to be active participants in their own care. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I work with each person to build an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that fits their unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, open conversation where I take time to understand what's brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — we'll explore your concerns together and begin to identify what a meaningful path forward might look like for you. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and confident that we can work as a team toward your wellbeing.
