Great to meet you!

Great to connect with you!

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, mental wellbeing is my top priority for a balanced life. I have been working with teens, parents and families on various mental health concerns like eating disorders, generational gap, life transitions. And recently, have started working and supporting postpartum parents to adjust and adapt to new life transition.

My approach to therapy

More about my approach!

Each individual is unique and deserves individualistic care. Once we decide to work together, I will collaborate with you on exploring your goals in therapy. Open communication and feedback in important for me in order to helpful you effectively. By being in the session, i will support you, challenge you and be an active listener.

What you can expect from me

I work to provide a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment that will help you be vulnerable and honest and bring the best version of you. Our initial session would be to know more about you, your mental health journey while helping you explore your goals. Following sessions will include incorporating ways to reach those goals and identify barriers.
