I have over 20 years in the field of mental health and wellness. I am comfortable working with people struggling with medical illnesses, relational problems, coping in times of stress and finding meaning and purpose.

I engage both body and mind in your treatment . We will walk, do yoga, sing and learn intentional breathing. Using models life Integrative Family Systems, Polyvagal theory and Narrative.

I hope to evoke introspection, reflection and insights that resonate with you and promotes a shift in perspective. Having a loving relationship with self, one that takes notice of self and is able to let go of incessant negative thoughts. Recognizing that all thoughts are not the master, they do not need to guide us and we can be SELF-led.
