My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique. And differences need to be understood and respected. I spend time getting to know you and learning about you, before jumping into therapy. I foster positive conversation, attitude, thinking, and action to move you toward a healthier emotional life. I utilize primarily cognitive-behavioral, solution-building , and person-centered therapies.

What you can expect from me

I foster a therapeutic environment that feels positive, safe, friendly, open, encouraging, creative, and solution-focused. You will receive simple and practical "homework" to help practice what you learn.
