Great to meet you!

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people work through the things that keep them stuck—whether that’s stress, self-doubt, old patterns, or experiences that still carry weight long after they’ve happened. My style is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you build real resilience so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

I work with a wide range of clients—from creatives like artists and performers, to professionals like physicians and executives, to individuals working in demanding, everyday roles. What matters most isn’t what you do—it’s what you’re carrying, and how it’s impacting your life. Wherever you are, the work we do is about helping you feel more steady, capable, and in control again.

I’m EMDR certified and support both individuals working through trauma and those looking to perform at a higher level in their lives or careers—without losing themselves in the process.

I trained at Columbia University and am licensed in New York, Florida, California, and Vermont.

My approach to therapy

My approach is more interactive than traditional therapy. I don’t just sit back and listen—I stay actively engaged with you throughout the process.

Because of my background in coaching, I provide direct feedback, help you think through decisions, and work with you to create clear action steps between sessions. We’ll often identify things you can practice or experiment with in real life, so the work we’re doing actually shows up in your day-to-day life—not just in the room.

What you can expect from me

My style is shaped by my work as a therapist, trainer, and executive coach—which means our sessions won’t just be about talking things through. Gaining insight into your patterns is important, but we won’t stop there.

From the very beginning, we’ll focus on connecting what you’re learning about yourself to real, practical changes in your day-to-day life. You can expect a space where you’re challenged, supported, and given tools you can actually use—so you’re not just understanding what’s happening, but actively moving forwar
