Great to meet you!

Life's journey can get confusing and painful at times, particularly times of our greatest growth and change. Understanding the challenging times and seeing them as awakenings within ourselves to live a fuller, more joyful life creates our honorable journey. Coming to therapy usually means something within you or your family is needing to grow, and we all need trail guides from time to time. Someone that knows the paths and can walk with you and make sure you have the tools you need to get you to your destination safely.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm, honest and insightful therapeutic style. I thrive to fully see the client and in return help the client see themselves as capable, possessed of dignity and present in the world for a purpose. He strives to cultivate clarity and inspiration, integrating the wisdom of mind, heart and body with collaboration with clients. Therapy is a combination of making room for the client’s inner knowing be present, and the therapist’s larger psychological view that includes concrete tools and information.

What you can expect from me

The choice to seek help from a psychotherapist is a highly personal one. The therapist we choose must first and foremost be someone we can connect with. They must see us: quickly be able to understand our words and gestures for the pain and promise they hold. Because it is the quality of their genuineness and insight that makes us willing to feel and deal with what we might rather go on avoiding.
