Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree from Amberton University, a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator, and an Ordained Pastor with more than 15 years of ministry experience. I help adults, couples, adolescents, and families navigate life's most difficult challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, relationship struggles, premarital and marital concerns, ministry and spiritual wounds, blended family dynamics, and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change when provided with a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. I take a collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered approach, helping clients explore difficult issues, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful transformation. Drawing from an eclectic therapeutic framework, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

Regardless of the challenges you are facing, I believe that every person has the capacity to overcome life's obstacles, heal from past wounds, and experience meaningful growth. My priority is to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where we can openly explore sensitive issues and work through life's difficulties together.

I view counseling as a collaborative process. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I will help you identify realistic goals, build effective coping strategies, and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insight needed to foster healing, resilience, healthier relationships, and renewed hope.
