Russell Payne

I am Russell Payne and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 27 years experience. Most of my work has been in schools supporting students with emotional and behavioral challenges. I’ve also maintained a private practice for adults and families dealing with a wide variety of issues. My faith allows me to love others and bring compassion to sessions no matter what the struggle. My approach is client centered and focuses on building on the client’s strengths to bring wholeness and joy!

Therapy is relational and involves getting to know my clients to really understand who they are and what their goals are.

I want my clients to feel heard and understood, but more than that, I hope they feel hope!
