My approach to therapy

Dr. Spieth offers a safe and supportive space where you'll work together as a team to tackle life's challenges. His approach is built on proven, evidence-based methods, but it's also deeply personal and empathetic. He helps you explore and strengthen the vital relationships in your life—with yourself, your loved ones, your work, and your daily habits—to help you build healthier coping styles and feel more in control of your well-being.

What you can expect from me

Prospective therapy clients meeting with Dr. Russell E. Spieth can anticipate a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment during their first session. This initial meeting focuses on understanding the client as a complete individual, exploring their strengths, obstacles, relationships, coping strategies, worldview, mental health history (both setbacks and successes), and ultimately defining their goals for therapy.
