Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rusty, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.

My practice is rooted in the belief that every person has God-given worth, purpose, and the capacity for healing. My prayer is that you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward healing, greater peace, clarity, and renewed hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a faith-centered perspective rooted in Christian values. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. Together, we'll work toward lasting growth, renewed hope, and practical steps forward—mind, body, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to share your story, discuss your concerns, and identify goals for treatment. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This may include medication management, practical coping strategies, and lifestyle support. My prayer is that you leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with practical next steps toward healing and growth. When desired, we can integrate Christian faith, prayer, Scripture, and biblical principles into treatment as a source of strength, wisdom, and hope.
